Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette featured on the
Polo Grill House Salad
 | Ingredients (Makes 1 Quart)
3/4
c Rice Win Vinegar
1/2
c Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2
cloves Garlic (minced)
1/8
c or 1 oz. Chipotle Puree
1/8
c or 1 oz. Honey
1
tspn Kosher Salt
2 c Cilantro (chopped, using stems and leaves)
1
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
Total Time: 15 minutes
Method of Preparation
1. In a
blender, combine rice wine vinegar, lime juice, chipotle, honey, salt, and
blend until thoroughly combined and smooth 2. With
the machine still running, add the oil in a thin steady stream to form an
emulsion 3. Add
the cilantro all at once and blend until a bright green. Don't let the
mixture get too warm, or the vinaigrette will turn brown. Remember to work
quickly 4. When
complete, label and date 5. Enjoy! |

you how fabulous our party was and how happy Glenn & I are.
From the absolutely delicious,
beautifully presented food to your amazing staff I am almost speechless but it was truly an amazing night! Your staff totally rocks. They were
so professional, helpful and nice. From the minute they arrived they had
everything under control to the utmost level. They cleaned until I told them to
stop {even sweep out my garage!!!} Everyone was raving about the
food.....couldn't stop talking about how much they were overeating because it
was so delicious!!!
The two of you should be extremely
proud of what you have created and how respected you both are..... the community
can love ya but when your staff does.... that is the true sign.
